PJ has spent virtually his entire life living by Henry Ford's philosophy, "If you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right." Despite being diagnosed with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy that was expected to take his life byage seven, PJ was encouraged to experience life to the fullest and do anything and everything he wanted.
Even though he’s disabled, that attitude resulted in him becoming a Snow Skier, Skydiver, Amateur Water Colorist, Former Wheelchair Athlete, 10th Degree Black Belt, Women's Self-Defense Instructor, International Traveler, Published Author, and Motivational Speaker. PJ is also a Self-Professed Advocate of Love! One of PJ’s recent programs is called: Engaged in One Year – and is for Single, Professional Women Hoping to Find and Attract the Man of Their Dreams.

Hi, I’m Bruce Langford. I’m a teacher, bullying prevention advocate, and podcaster. Mindfulness Mode Podcast is my way of sharing with you what I’ve learned through helping thousands of bullied teens, adults and children over the past 12 years.
I want to connect with you, provide content that matters to you, I want to make your life better, and share with you how you can have more calmness and more focus in your life. I’d love to hear from you. Let me know who you’d like me to interview and what you think of the 2-day a week show, with episodes approximate 30 minutes long on Mondays and Thursdays. My email is bruce@mindfulnessmode.com.
Mindfulness has changed me. I’m a lot more relaxed and more focused than I used to be. One of the things I love about mindfulness is the scientific side to it. There are quite a few scientists out there studying the brain and human behaviors, there are more and more studies showing that mindfulness changes neuro-pathways in the brain, proving to the science community why this works. Experts like, Dr. Zindal Segal, who’s a professor at the University of Toronto, specializing in mood disorders and depression. In his TedX talk, he explains the science behind using mindfulness to help people deal with stress and achieve mood balance.
I believe The Mindfulness Mode Podcast will be interesting and valuable for you. I’ve interviewed so many successful people who share their personal views on mindfulness. You can’t help but learn from them. That’s why I say you’ll reach new heights of calm, focus and happiness by listening in. Our Mindfulness Mode guests are people from all walks of life who’ve experienced the benefits of mindfulness first-hand. You’ll hear them talk about the changes they experienced in their lives, the way they used mindfulness to move forward, and how you can practice mindfulness much like they do.
If you go to mindfulnessmode.com, you’ll be able to click on the podcast link and subscribe. If you subscribe, it’ll help us stay on the air and create lots more episodes. If you like it, we’d be thrilled if you were inclined to leave a 5 star review and oh …. we’ll mention you at the top of an upcoming show.
Like I said. I’d love to hear from you. Please subscribe to the show, and download the episodes. Listen in and give me your feedback. You can email me here.
In the meantime, Stay In the Mode.
